Overview:
In a time when every priority claims itself as the most urgent, it is
essential to understand the attitudes, activities and skills required
to become effective and efficient at utilizing the resources at our disposal
to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Participants will learn how to
maintain balance, build relationships and accomplish their goals in today’s
business environment. Most importantly, participants will learn how to
work smarter, not harder.

About the Speaker:
Anne Pritchard is Vice President of Strategic Solutions Group, an
Organizational Development firm based in Waco, Texas. With over
twelve years of teaching and public speaking experience, Anne has
developed and facilitated training and organizational development
programs for private, public, and non-profit organizations around
the country to increase productivity, maximize employee performance,
and create a motivational climate in order to help people to reach
their maximum potential. Previously, she was the Director of
Training and Development for one of the nation’s most prestigious
Country Club’s and Resorts where she led the Training and Development
for over 1,000 employees and worked with Senior Management to improve
customer service, define excellence, and develop the company mission.
She has also been a Corporate Trainer at one of Fortune Magazine’s top
rated Mutual Fund Companies. Anne is a University Instructor, having
taught at Texas A&M – Kingsville, Southwest Texas State University,
and Austin Community College. Anne holds a Masters Degree in
Organizational Communication from Southwest Texas State University.
